• Payment method details (e.g., GCash mobile number, PayMaya account, BPI/BDO/Metrobank account details) — note that full payment credentials are processed by our payment partners and are not stored on 2026jl1 servers;
• Communications you send to our support team, including chat logs and email correspondence.

2.2 Data Collected Automatically

• IP address and approximate geolocation;
• Device type, operating system, and browser information;
• Session data including login timestamps, pages visited, and time spent on the Platform;
• Game activity data including bets placed, games played, wins, losses, and wagering history;

• Identity verification results from KYC/AML service providers;

• Legitimate interests: Processing necessary for fraud prevention, platform security, responsible gaming monitoring, and internal analytics, where such interests are not overridden by your rights and freedoms;
• Consent: Processing for marketing communications and non-essential cookies, where you have given explicit, informed, and freely given consent. You may withdraw this consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to withdrawal.

5.2 Regulatory and Law Enforcement Authorities

We will respond to all valid data subject requests within 30 calendar days of receipt. In complex cases, this period may be extended by a further 30 days, in which case we will notify you of the extension and the reason for it. There is no fee for exercising your rights, unless requests are manifestly unfounded or excessive.

2026jl1 does not knowingly collect, process, or store personal data from individuals under the age of 21. If we become aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 without verifiable parental or guardian consent, we will take immediate steps to delete that data and close the associated account.

We will investigate and take appropriate action within 72 hours of receiving your report.

Some of the third-party service providers engaged by 2026jl1 may be located outside the Philippines. Where personal data is transferred to a country outside the Philippines, 2026jl1 ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your data to a standard equivalent to that required under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012.

Such safeguards may include:

• Contractual clauses approved by the National Privacy Commission;
• Binding corporate rules where the recipient is part of a corporate group;
• Transfers to countries recognized by the NPC as providing an adequate level of data protection.

By using the 2026jl1 Platform, you consent to the transfer of your personal data to countries outside the Philippines where necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, subject to the safeguards described above.
